At Despaña Brand Foods, we strive to provide the highest quality Spanish delicacies; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect all perishable and non-perishable items for any signs of damage or discrepancies from your packing slip.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the items in question.
- 3.Claim Review
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution Delivery
Once approved, we will expedite a replacement shipment at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method for the affected items.
