Straight from the region of Cantabria, these delicious marinated anchovies, or Boquerones, are picked for uniformity and deboned by hand to ensure each piece is sized to perfection.

Don Bocarte has marinated these boquerones in an innovative and flavorful vermouth vinegar to provide a delicious flavor punch with a hint of sweetness to each bite. While we love eating these boquerones all on their own, one can also add chopped garlic and parsley when plating. 

We recommend eating these on high quality potato chips like Bonilla a la Vista.
